Nick Crothers came to Real Estate from a Real Estate Investment background. Nick owns and manages multiple short term rental properties in the Colorado mountains in addition to his traditional Real Estate Business focusing on Boulder County and the nearby communities. He still guides and advises residents of the front range in their own journey towards investments in the mountains that provide value and utility for themselves and their families. Prior to Real Estate, Nick worked his way up at a software startup as everything from Technical Support, Client Implementation/Relations, Accountant/Bookkeeper, and eventually COO until successful acquisition.
Nick is adept at analyzing properties for value in the market as a primary home, short term rental, and long term rental. Nick has learned from some of the best – including members of the Colorado Business Hall of Fame. Nick brings strong strategy, process, and negotiation to ensure fit, success, and value for his clients.
