Drew was born and raised in Southern New Mexico where he attended and graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Business. He has lived in and around Denver for the last 17 years and his passion for real estate started with his first home purchase in 2002. Initially, Drew’s focus within real estate was from an investment standpoint in the construction and rehabilitation of Denver properties (think Fix-N-Flip). That education then naturally transitioned into adding rental properties into his portfolio.
Now almost 20 properties later, both Fix-N-Flip and rentals of his own, Drew’s knowledge of making a successful real estate transaction will be tough to beat.
